Here's why:
- look at how 'wide' the road is.
- heavy vehicles are even allowed on the main roads during peak/rush hours.
- look at where the motorbike rider is... he's weaving through traffic.
- this is one of Penang's busiest roads leading to Georgetown / Gurney / Batu Ferringhi, etc... yet there are no bike lanes, or wider roads.
I have to admit, this lorry driver has got skill.
